Fitness Program
- Why: Why is fitness important/essential? : Because with out it you grow weaker and unhealthy.
- What? (Internal): What is fitness? What are the main components of the fitness program? What leads to fitness success? : Excise and determination to keep going.
- What? (External): What are the challenges to a successful fitness program? What is going to be necessary to execute our program? What do we set as the bar for success? : Being able to push your body to the limits and then some. Not much. What ever you want.
- Who? Who can help us design and execute the best program? Who might be able to benefit from it? : Friends, family and your self. As many people who follow through with it.
- How? How will we do our program? How will the individual activities be done? How will be track progress? : Every day once a week it depends on what your goal is and how fast you want to get there. Aging it depends. You can track your progress on paper or computer or if you push your limits you will see the stats going up.
- Where? Where will we do our program? Where can we use the things we’ve developed/learned? Where does our success put us in the larger fitness market/world? : Were will you do your program in the hall up the stairs living room, kitchen, yard it does not matter that much.
- To What Extent? How far can we take what we’ve done? What impact will it have on our lives and the lives of others? What can we apply cross-discipline? : As far as you want to. Aging your choice. (I’m getting tired of saying this). What ever you want to carry on to other projects.
