The Creator’s Code: Emotional & Mindset Master/Hacking
A 6-Week Immersive Experience
Preparation: Sal Vasquez, My Story of Transformation
From Bike Gang to Inspired Creator
From Homeless to a Real Estate Investor
From Illiterate to a Teacher
How did I make this transformation? Well, I’m far from perfect, but I’ll show you what I’ve learned so far…
Week 1: Uncovering Your True Essence
Who You Are Beyond Your Emotions & Experiences
- You are not your emotions, your past, or what others think of you. Who are you, really?
- Tapping into the real you beyond the noise of external influences and emotional reactions.
- Understanding your inner voice—how it’s been shaped by past experiences and how to reclaim it as your true voice.
- Activity: Writing your personal “I AM” statement. Dive deep to define who you are at your core.
- Challenge: Catch yourself speaking negatively about yourself and reframe it into something empowering.
The Session 1 practices are focused on loading the Present Prime, the fundamental alignment geometry for the approach to and return from the rebirth experience. The Present Prime contains two perpendicular axes: one vertical, representing the heaven-earth connection termed Intercession; one horizontal, representing the self-others connection termed Incarnation.
The Basin practice focuses on the Incarnational axis. In the instructions in Exodus 30:17-21, the priests would wash their hands and feet in the basin (laver) before entering the Holy Place or offering food offerings in the Altar. Allegorically, hands represent one’s work or way of doing and feet their walk or way of being.
The Altar practice focuses on the Intercessional axis.
The coach “holds the space” by cooperating with the Holy Spirit’s intercession in the moment and by
Week 2: Taking Control of Triggers
Emotional Awareness & Regulation
- What are triggers and why do they have so much power over you?
- Triggers are mirrors—they reflect emotional wounds and stories we’ve yet to heal. They point to areas where we need to heal our sense of worthiness and self-love.
- When we get triggered, our nervous system responds (fight, flight, freeze, fawn). Understanding these automatic responses helps us pause and choose a healthier response.
- How emotions get stored in your nervous system—why you react the way you do and how to interrupt the automatic response.
- Learning to pause before reacting is key to taking back your power (because reacting blindly = giving away your power).
- Activity: Mapping your triggers—Identify what sets you off and explore the underlying emotions or stories tied to those triggers.
- Challenge: Notice your triggers in real-time and choose to use a self-regulation tool (breathwork, movement, grounding techniques, etc.) to pause and regain control before reacting.
Week 3: Feeling It to Heal It
Emotional Processing & Self-Love Tools
- • The truth: You have to feel it to heal it. Emotions need to be witnessed and processed—if not, they can turn into false stories and defense mechanisms.
- • If we don’t allow ourselves to feel, we might fall into the trap of emotional avoidance, causing unresolved pain to resurface.
- • How to sit with emotions—learning the difference between processing emotions and getting stuck in them.
- • Self-Love Practices:
- • Emotional check-ins: “What am I feeling? Where do I feel it in my body?”
- • Mirror work: Speaking life over yourself in front of the mirror.
- • The power of self-compassion: Speaking to yourself the way you would speak to your best friend.
- • Activity: Create a personal self-love practice that works for you and helps you process emotions effectively.
- • Challenge: Try one self-love tool every day and track how it makes you feel.3
Week 4: The Magic of Words {Abracadabra}- literally means, “I create as I speak
Shifting Inner & Outer Dialogue
- Your words are literally creating your reality—what you speak, you create.
- The truth about “Abracadabra”—it means “I create as I speak.” You have the power to shift your reality with your words, both inside and outside.
- Rewriting negative self-talk and catching destructive language before it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
- Activity: Speak life—write a letter to yourself as your highest version, speaking encouragement, wisdom, and love.
- Challenge: Eliminate negative self-talk for a full week (catch, correct, and replace it with positive, empowering words).
Week 5: Rewriting Your Story
Breaking Old Patterns & Creating New Ones
- Your brain wires patterns based on past experiences and the stories you’ve told yourself about who you are.
- Fact vs. Story: Understanding the difference between what really happened and the false meaning we attach to it (e.g., “I’m not good enough”).
- Self-Fulfilling Prophecies: The beliefs you hold about yourself shape your actions—and, ultimately, your life. When you believe you’re not enough, you act in ways that confirm that belief.
- Activity: Identify a limiting belief that has held you back and rewrite it into a new, empowering belief.
- Challenge: Speak this new belief daily and back it up with action. Prove it to yourself by taking bold, courageous steps.
Week 6: Becoming Unstoppable
Integration & Taking It Forward
- You are no longer the same person who started this program. Transformation has happened, and now it’s time to lock it in and make it last.
- How to keep growing and keep building emotional resilience in your everyday life.
- Creating your personal emotional resilience plan—tools, habits, and practices to stay strong no matter what life throws at you.
- Final Challenge: Step outside your comfort zone and do one bold thing this week that challenges your fears and limits.
- Celebration & Reflection: Sharing your biggest transformations from the program, what you’ve learned, and how you’ve changed.
