[1] Edenic Prime
[1] Edenic Prime (⊕) is a version of [1] The Prime that focuses on ideal purposes and characteristics. With it’s name and imagery taken from the Garden of Eden, it can be used as a Systematics symbol for an agent — such as a person according to the Imago Dei (image of God) — or for another vehicle or traveler like the ideal world/Earth in the Frames of the Semantic Ontology Framework.
An example application is [1] The Compass of The Journey Map framework.
Components
- The Axis: The Vertical relationship connecting Heaven and Earth, Alpha and Beta.
- The Horizon: The Horizontal relationship connecting Negative and Positive.
- The Ascent: Everything Alpha-oriented along The Axis; the agent/traveler rising or reaching for “high things” and heaven.
- The Descent: Everything Beta-oriented along The Axis; the agent/traveler plunging, falling, or excavating “deep things”: “things under the Earth”.
- Reception: The horizontal portion of the agent/traveler that is in some way negative and therefore receptive to the environment.
- Expression: The horizontal portion of the agent/traveler that is in some way positive and therefore expressive in the environment.
- The Areas: metaphorical images describing states created from the interaction of the polar powers of the Axis and Horizon: Home (∠h(+)), Field (∠(+)e), Valley (∠e(-)), Mount (∠(-)h)
