[3] David’s Lyre

David’s Lyre is a frame for seeking truth and clarity through a chiastic structure1 that begins with orientation, then proceeds to disorientation, and finally produces a productive synthesis through reorientation. The frame is named for the frequent use of this pattern in the poetry of the warrior-king David found in the Psalms.
