Entrance
Entrance is the first “landmark” in the ELEVATION framework for the Disciple-Making process. It’s a metaphorical way of remembering the LM1: Mercy step in the process:
The Disciple-Maker makes space within their life, heart, and world for Seekers and truly meets and sees them in light of the Oneness and All-ness of God.
People meet up at the trail head, swap stories, build trust, and agree to walk the path together, the guide in the lead.
When you’re at the trail head parking you:
- Chit chat and catch up on everyone’s latest news.
- Observe and comment on each other’s condition and equipment.
- Size each other up in a friendly way to figure out level of competence.
