Shops with Bedrock Edition on Phones and Mobile Devices

Some players report issues with using shops attached to NPCs in SparkQuest. These issues have to do with how users control the game on these devices. These issues are addressed below along with suggested solutions.

Can’t Switch Between Buy, Sell, and Trade Pages

Problem: You click on the item on the bottom right of the shop page inventory to change the page from Buy/Sell/Trade, but nothing happens.

Solution: After you click on the page-change item, click on any other item in the shop (other than the redstone block to exit) to complete your selection.

Why It Happens: We’re not exactly sure why, but we think the way that touch screens select items means the script has no way of knowing your done your selection UNTIL you click on another item.

Can’t Select Any Items on Buy, Sell, or Trade Pages

This is very similar to the first issue.

Problem: You click on a shop item on a shop inventory page, but nothing happens.

Solution: After you click on the item, click on any other item in the shop (other than the redstone block to exit) to complete your selection.
