The Spiritual Week

The Spiritual Week is an adaptation of [7] The Seven Spirits Frame to a weekly rhythm of meditation, mindfulness, and education. The Seven Spirits is a systemic approach to the development of perception based on Isaiah 11:1-10’s description of the Messiah, heir to the house of David (shoot from the stump of Jesse). Due to the Messiah’s embodiment of the seven spirits, “He will not judge by the sight of his eyes, neither decide by the hearing of his ears; but he will judge the poor with righteousness, and decide with equity for the humble of the earth.”

The LORD

Being | Spirituality | Mindfulness

LORD is used to substitute for YHWH (Yahweh), the Hebrew name for God. The name means “I am that I am” and refers to God’s self-referential and eternal nature. The “Spirit of YHWH” then refers to ultimate authority, the center of being, and the unity of all things.1
