  #LookUp Challenges Ideas

  For the #LookUp PR campaign, I’ve been thinking about a core objective being recruiting people to agree to take a 40-day challenge in one of the following flavors:

  1. Cold Turkey — they totally give up all SM/gaming on all devices

  2. Inspired — they limit non-work screen time to 1 hr/day and spend it on inspirational or devotional content

  3. Brainiac — they limit non-work screen time to 1 hr/day and spend it on educational or self-improvement content (micro-learning)

  4. Innovator — they limit non-work screen time to 1 hr/day and spend it on creating solutions to a pressing problem

  Mash-ups of different flavors of 2-4 would be possible.

  Recruits might be asked to state on social media which challenge.
