  Maple Sugar Project

  We can be involved in Maple Syrup production this year. Preparation for this should begin now since the season will soon be here (mid Feb to mid Mar). Tasks we need to complete:

  • Sugar bush identification, mapping, and marking.
  • Figuring out the production process.
  • Ordering supplies and equipment (bags, taps, bottles, etc.)
