  Never Give Up and Don’t Bite Off More Than You Can Chew

  In chapter one of The Island, our hero wakes up suddenly floating in the ocean of a strange new world. As he struggles to get to dry land and takes a look around, he realizes he’s in a new world that he doesn’t understand — he even has to learn how to use his strangely changed body. Fighting off panic, our hero determines the only way to survive is to Never Give Up!

  The first few seasons in MC for BNC are practice runs to get all our players used to the keyboard controls and basic skills. Play started from scratch in a survival world, and after the basics, the hunt as on for resources — so of course the players went caving. The cave system found was a deep system rich in resources, but just as rich in mobs and carnage ensued, especially due to the terrain preventing a rapid retreat. The team quickly made a new rule to search for a “tunnel” type cave system in the future. What did we learn? Don’t Bite Off More Than You Can Chew!
