I’ve discussed with you before the idea that the Incarnate will evolve more faithfully if they advance in a cohort. I think this idea is well accepted and supported by science. However, more discussion is necessary as to the ideal cohort size and the best strategy to produce this size. Currently on the table is the proposal to move the spawn point for Incarnate as they are seeded into the world so the ideal number are seeded in proximity to each other.
What you do you think is the ideal group size?

One question I have: in the examples above, there seems to be some wisdom is assembling groups based on task, purpose, or topic. This would require a larger group in a location that would be able to form smaller ad-hoc teams around specific tasks (like hunting, or building). Does this factor into our decision on cohort size? At what cohort size would assembling a smaller team “cost too much” in communication, awkwardness, and coordination?

I did a bit of my own research and found that the optimal team size is never more than ten, but other than that answers vary, I personally think five would be best though if more were needed we could set up something where two subteams coordinate.
