How You Buy a House?

In SparkQuest, we’re setting up a system to sell parts of the E-land SparkQuest STF map in the New City region. This means creating the New City Zoning and Land Sales system (also see the Zoning In and Zoning Out post).

We need to answer some questions about real estate sales in the real world in order to know how to set up our own system:

1. What is the usual step-by-step process of buying a piece of real estate?
2. Who are the people / organizations involved, and how do they do their part in the process.

Let’s do some research and use what we find to build our system. We can definitely ask people who have bought a house about this. Another good source would be a real estate agent. But there’s also tons of information online. I envision eventually creating a course that will teach people about the real estate buying process while helping them purchase space on the server at the same time.
