Due Process protections of the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the US Constitution
The Fifth Amendment says that no one with power can take your stuff ore abuse your stuff without due process.
The Fourteenth Amendment makes the fifth amendment qualify in every state. ratified in 1868,
