Last Stand

The Remnant attack the Daemons to attempt to reclaim Earth and begin the Daemon War (2135-2155). The war drives rapid advances in augmentation, which in turn leads to great controversy. These advances culminate in the secret Ark and Synth programs (l. 2145).
