I initially went to The New World Fair in support of a prophetic prayer group with which I was connected.  They had become concerned when they encountered promotional materials that advertised a “new revelation about human evolution” that was going to be revealed by an esoteric master.  At the last minute the speaker was pulled from the line-up without official explanation, however, there was considerable outcry from a group of people who accused the speaker of being a predator.
