The Village Plot Purchased

Sam Vikare purchases the pot which would later host the Village, intending to use it to create a technological utopia.

Date Meta: The Village was founded on 9/25/31.  The head founder is 41, and the site of the Village was purchased by his grandfather when he was six years old, so in 1996.  The purchase happens on April 1, the day Hale-Bopp Comet passed perihelion, which Sam Vikare picked because it was an auspicious date for his intended auspicious project.
