Everywhere

Ministry can happen at any time and anywhere around Camp. Since we live as a community, all times are good times to serve each other, grow closer to God, and follow after Jesus.

Bible Class AM

Creative encounters with the day’s Bible-truth as a lived and experienced reality.

Campfire | 8PM

Story-based encounter of the day’s Bible-truth related to and reinforcing Bible Class and preparing for Cabin Devo.

Weekly Sub-Themes

Each daily Bible-truth will be united by a weekly sub-theme emphasizing one way Jesus is experienced and the Gospel is lived out.

Session 1

Jesus enters the potential and pain of our story.

We can enter people’s stories

Session 2

Jesus reveals God’s power over demon’s, disease, death, and dogma.

We can reveal God’s power.

Session 3

Jesus grows us on our journey with God.

We can help each other grow.

Session 4

Jesus calls us into using our gifts to help others and glorify God.

We can use our gifts and call others to do the same.

Session 5

Jesus rises and will return to live with us forever.

We can rise up with Jesus on mission and proclaim his return.

Cabin Devo | 9PM

Three part check-in and re-cap of the day:

  1. What was the Bible-truth for the day? What did you take from it? Do you have questions?
  2. What were our Highs and Lows?
  3. How can we “Show Love” to our cabin, Camp, and community?

Staff Devo | 10:30 PM

Staff members attend every-other night. An opportunity for support, debrief, and skills training based on daily experience.
